These situations are unfortunate but are ultimately out of our control once the package leaves our hands. We work with reliable shipping partners, but we cannot guarantee delivery timelines or outcomes.

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final and we generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds.
If there is a clear issue on our end (e.g., we shipped the wrong product), please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the situation.
For shipping issues such as lost or seized packages, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible as these are circumstances beyond our control. This is precisely why we don't require payment upfront—so you're never left having paid for something that didn't arrive.
